To ensure a relaxing and safe environment for all clients, we kindly ask that you do not bring children or extra guests to your appointment if they are not receiving a service. Our space is limited, and the use of sharp tools, hot equipment, and chemicals makes it unsafe for unsupervised children. Additionally, having extra guests may distract from the personalized service we strive to provide each client.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a calm, professional atmosphere.
Product Sales Are Final:
Due to hygiene and product integrity standards, all retail product sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on any products once they have left the salon. Please ask our staff for recommendations if you’re unsure about a product before purchasing – we’re happy to help you find the best fit for your needs.
No Refunds Policy:
Please note that all salon services are non-refundable. We strive to provide the highest quality service and encourage open communication during your appointment to ensure satisfaction. If you are unsatisfied with a service, please let us know within 3 days, and we will do our best to address your concerns with an appropriate solution.
24 – Hour Cancellation Policy:
At Posh Salon we understand that life can be unpredictable. However, to ensure that we can accommodate all our clients and maintain a smooth schedule, we kindly ask for a 24-hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment or do not show up, you will be charged for 100% of the scheduled service.
